After a quite long break, I decided to release one semi-official beta build. This can be considered as preRC4 (not RC4, because it is still missing some fixes inteded to be included to RC4). I hope that everyone who have made a bug report and the case is still 'open' tries this version and reports if the bug is still present or fixed (except those cases that are still open in Flyspray). More info here.
Download: 32 bit version or 64 bit version.
Note: About box shows version as 3.1 RC3g 9.3010. You have right version, "3010" is just an error.
